The Jericho team just completed my master bath remodel, complete rip and replace. This was my first experience with Jericho and it was truly outstanding. I especially want to express my appreciation for the project manager, Preston, and my installer, Evan. They demonstrated the highest level of expert skills (amazing), great suggestions and both gave me peace of mind during the project. Both were great with communication, scheduling and keeping my home prepared so it remained clean - consistently! I highly recommend the Jericho team and look forward to the next bathroom projects.

Jericho did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. Mike was always on time and respectful of our home. He is a master at his trade! Jim was easy to reach and checked in often to ensure the speedy, remodel was going as expected. Jericho also immediately replaced a drawer face and cabinet door that was imperfect and we kept noticing after completion. It was a hassle-free, quick process. We are thrilled with our new kitchen!

A phenomenal company with amazing employees doing very high quality work! We came to Jericho for our master bath full remodel after having another contractor do a smaller bath. The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met.

Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool. Jim and Adam worked closely with a number of people back in their main shop on the aspects of our job that couldn't be fabricated in our home. That group did the highest quality work as well. We couldn't be happier with our completed master bath! We highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodel.

I had the best experience with Jericho. I used them twice, first a total remodel of my 1-1/2 bathroom & total remodel of my kitchen/dining room. Loved the attention, details, coordination, communication and finishing touches to make my project perfect. Everyone involved made me feel respected and understood when changes came up. I recommend them highly.

Jericho handled a partial kitchen remodel for us. They installed granite countertops, tile backsplash, a new sink, sink hardware, and ran undercabinet strip LED lighting. In addition, they took my drawings and created a custom granite island, and they placed a granite top on an old desk to help us convert it to a coffee bar. Our PM Preston and tile technician Dan were both excellent, and so was the follow-up from Casey. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend Jericho.

Jericho remodeled two bathrooms for us. They could not have done a better job from start to finish. The crew on our project was very professional and constantly asked for our input on everything. Shawn arrived at the time he stated everyday and left the areas as neat as possible. They made sure all the accessibility items for our bathroom and showers were placed exactly where they needed to be in order to assist us as much as possible. We appreciate Shawn's excellent communication and attention to detail throughout the project. I also valued Shawn's valuable feedback on my cookie production. I could always count on him to be ready to test the next batch out of the oven!!!

We just finished getting a complete, new tiled shower replacing our 60 year old one. Preston was our Project Manager and Alex was the one man Army. Preston was technically and professionally proficient during the entire time of the remolding. He ensured that all measurements were double checked for accuracy, the bill of materials was correct with nothing missing or requiring replacement. He was in constant communication with us during the entire project. Alex was one for the record books. We were expecting a team of craftsman for the project, and we got one, Alex! From day one, he ensured that furniture, floors were protected, He closed in the work are with plastic to cut the dust from the demolition. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up, put away, ready to go for the next day. Once he was ready to lay tile, he laid it out first to make sure it was the way we wanted it, once we approved t, only then did he put it up. We he was finished with the remodel, everything was cleaned up, removed, vacuumed and only then did he call us in to go over everything to ensure our understanding of our new shower. He and Preston were in daily contact with each other on the progress. A few days after Lex was finished, Preston came by for his final inspection before going over the final details and finally our acceptance of the new shower. During the entire project, Preston and Alex were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions. That’s exactly what we expected and were thankful for. A great team representing Jericho! If you’re having a project de by Jerico, request Preston and Alex, you will not be disappointed!

We embarked on a major kitchen remodel and working with Jericho from start to finish was a pleasure. From Bill the designer, Preston who drew the plans and custom made floating shelves, Justin the project manager, the paint refinishing guys, the quartz installers, to the two master installers Mike and Dan. There were glitches along the way, which is normal for a job this size, but Justin and team went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and with the least inconvenience to us.

They listened to what we wanted (I am a bit eccentric in my tastes) and worked with us to bring my vision to life and to stay in budget. All this took place during Covid and everybody was very cognisant of it, wearing masks and distancing as much as possible. They were also able to schedule the job in such a way that most of the gut work took place during a two week period when we were not at home. This really helped with the inconvenience of not having a working kitchen for the duration of the remodel. I will get Jericho again to do any kind of remodelling!

I am beyond thrilled that I chose Jericho for my project. From working with me to fit the job into my budget, to the professional design team, to the competence and genuine care demonstrated by the Project Manager and the Installation crew, to the office team and the follow up provided, my kitchen project has FAR exceeded my expectations. The entire team at Jericho are rockstars! There were "less expensive" options out there, but I wouldn't trade the caliber of this team for any amount of money. I highly recommend Jericho Home Improvements!

Everyone was fabulous, starting with Lance at the home show. Zac Carlton was so helpful in the selection process and preparation for the remodel. Gio and Josh were great during the installation process. They were especially wonderful and understanding since I am not comfortable with people in my home and I have 2 dogs that needed to be safe and happy during the process. Finally, Preston Jamison took so much time making sure all went well and that I was happy with the whole process. Zac and Lance thanks for bringing the infamous purple tulips. My bath and kitchen look incredible! Thanks to all from the bottom of my heart!

Mark from Jericho remodeled our bathroom and did a wonderful job, did not cut corners, tile installation is perfect, no raised ridges and very impressed with shower! Would always ask my opinion about how I wanted something done, how high to put my shelves for my storage area and always early and was very considerate. I would recommend Mark, very impressed!

After years of dreaming about getting the kitchen we always wanted, we finally decided to have Jericho make it a reality for us. The whole process, from the first meeting to the final walk through, was such an enjoyable experience! I had heard horror stories about renovations from people who had used different companies and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. But Jericho came in and outlined the whole process and then lived up to exactly what was promised! Phenomenal work, excellent communication, and exceptional customer care…….all in all, an enjoyable process that has left us with a gorgeous kitchen and a sincere admiration for the integrity this company shows.

We were really happy with the entire process of our master bathroom remodel.Our installer, Sean Ireland, was extremely professional. Sean's attention to detail in his craft was very impressive and appreciated in our project.He did not hesitate to verify design and function aspects of the install throughout the process. We were extremely happy with everyone from Jericho! They gave us a projected timeline and stuck to it! Our salesmen, Chad and Zac, were thorough and prompt. Our project manager, BJ, was meticulous and kept us updated. Our installer, Donald, was timely and efficient. The quartzite team (Lance, Josh and Sam) paid attention to detail. The wood finishers, Terry and Aaron, were precise and detail-oriented. All of these men were friendly, hard workers who we were pleased to have work on our project! Jericho was amazing to work with from start to finish on our bathroom remodel project. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with during the initial bid phase. His experience in the industry is top notch and builds a layer of trust. Preston did an amazing job of keeping us apprised and was even able to improve timeframes which was super appreciated. We completely remodeled our kitchen. New center isle with storage, faucet, sink, disposal. Complete new slate flooring to match new center isle.The work was started on time and finished in a timely manner. They completed plumbing upgrade in basement connecting everything. This was unexpected but Jericho thought the upgrade was needed to insure trouble free kitchen. There was no additional charge for work from original contract. We reported a needed repair for faulty disposal a week later. they responded immediately fixed at no charge. That was a year ago, no other problems, very happy with new kitchen

Love my bathroom! First of all Mindy was such a pleasure to work with! She asked me all the right questions and sent one of the best Sales Professional out there; Alec. He was just getting started he mentioned to me and left a health retail space. I couldn't tell, because he was so friendly thorough, and easy to work with. We were able to agree on the quote and they were able to start us right away in weeks which is not a normal thing, because I was getting quoted months out!! Now, it's 2023 and my bathroom is still timeless and up to the date with the current trends. It was quality work, efficient responses. And when it's time for my kitchen. I am calling Jericho.

Jericho did an outstanding job on my kitchen refresh. They were great to work with from start to finish throughout the whole project. The contractors were highly professional and on time. Jericho Home Improvements recently renovated our master bathroom. The whole team did an excellent job. They were: Zac (sales and design), BJ (project manager), Shawn (installer), Josh (granite), Matt and Terry (cabinet finishing), and Ryan (of Olathe Glass). Sorry if I missed anyone. For reference, we have experience with contractors elsewhere during an extensive five year whole house renovation, so we feel confident to judge. A portion of one stall of our three car garage was used for staging materials, and debris was hauled away each day, without the need for a dumpster on the driveway. There were no worries about security, and minimal disruption to our daily routine. In particular, Shawn Ireland, the installer on our project, was outstanding. We stayed in the house during construction. Each morning, he reviewed the plan for the day, communicated about any unforeseen problems as they arose, and advised as to possible solutions, including the most practical and cost efficient. He was accessible at all times for questions, and always had a reasonable and definitive answer. He checked to make sure it was an appropriate time to interrupt the water supply, and advised when it would be particularly noisy, or when there would be fumes from adhesives and paint. At the end of each day, after he tidied the job site, he showed us the progress, and communicated intentions for the next day. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, and very thorough. It is also worth noting that Jericho personnel coordinated with a separate company of exterior house painters, working during the same time, so that everything proceeded in a smooth and efficient manner. We are pleased with the professional result provided by Jericho Home Improvements.

We are very happy with the job that was done to remodel our bathroom. The installer Lee was a pro and he he was very professional. He went over every day what he planned to do and followed through. Our PM Preston followed the project along and was a great help. I highly recommend their services.

Jericho has incredibly experienced craftsmen and installers. We are so very happy that we had the opportunity to work with them. Their workmanship and professionalism are incomparable. They take great pride in their work and think carefully about everything they do, often coming up with better approaches than we had originally thought possible. They also corrected structural components of our home that were not done properly by the builder. Jericho’s staff know the building codes and follow them. We never had to worry about what they were doing, they do it the right way. They show up every day without fail and they are highly considerate and communicative. We trusted them through the entire process. We’re extremely happy with our remodel and we highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing high quality remodeling services. They are the best!

We hired Jericho for our kitchen remodel. We kept our granite, but had cabinets painted, new backsplash, new lights, new hardware, and under-cabinet lighting. The craftsmanship is excellent. The crew was always careful to clean up at the end of each day, which I appreciated. The crew was also courteous and I felt comfortable having them in my home, which is important to me as a woman who is often home alone.

There was a delay, which was my fault, as I changed my tile choice at the last minute and had to re-order everything, but I desperately wanted the green tile. They are more expensive than some of the other companies we considered, but we have learned the hard way that if you buy cheap, you buy twice.

We are so absolutely happy with our Jerhico master bathroom remodel that we had them remodel our 2nd bathroom as well. The team we worked with Zach, Jim and Mike were so very accommodating from start to finish of the projects. We would definitely recommend Jerhico to anyone that wants to do a quality home improvement project and we will use them again for any future projects.

This summer I decided to remodel my hall bath and master bath. I've heard wonderful things about Jericho Home Improvement and called them to do the work in my home. It was a great experience starting with Heather, their designer and Preston, the Project Manager. Both Heather and Preston were very professional, but also were very friendly and accommodating and helped me making choices for the new bathrooms. I had several change orders for this project (because I kept changing my mind). Heather and Preston were very helpful and accommodating with the changes I made. Preston gave me the start and ending date for the project. Their master craftsman, Jaysen, was amazing! He worked very hard all day and cleaned up before leaving for the day. He was extremely polite and personable and treated me and my home with respect. I am so happy with my new bathroom remodels! I especially liked the beautiful cabinetry and the flooring is gorgeous. Both bathrooms are so beautiful, I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jericho to anyone wanting a bath/kitchen remodel.

We had new flooring installed by Jericho and couldn't be more pleased. Our 2 installers Eric and Lee could not have been more professional. I am extremely happy with the master bath remodel that Jericho just completed in my home. The attention to detail, quality materials, and excellent communication made this project turn out better than I could have hoped.I had been staring at the many things that I didn't like about my old bathroom for 2.5 years after moving in, but I knew that the amount of tile work and plumbing necessary was going to be beyond my DIY capabilities. I was pointed in the direction of Jericho, and I reached out to get a quote. On the first visit, measurements were taken and some preliminary numbers were provided. The sticker shock was a lot to wrap my head around that night, but the value on the final product made up for it and more.

The crew that performed the installation of the new tile on the floor, tub surround, and shower, and vanity were phenomenal. They showed up promptly at 8am and worked diligently throughout the day, and they kept the non-project areas of the house clean. There was significant progress at the end of each day. The precision cuts, clean lines, and tight edges are not something I could have had enough time to complete, and these guys knocked it out in no time flat. The crew and project managers were excellent throughout the project at providing dates for key milestones and consistently providing communication.

I ended up with the exact color scheme that I wanted, a vanity configuration that makes the most sense for me, and a shower that I spend as much time admiring as I do using! The value of this project to me is enormous, and I am confident it will also carry a great ROI if/when I decide to move homes in the future.

Our service man, Gary did an outstanding job Renovating two bathrooms in our home.! His attention to detail and expertise in the field of bathroom. renovations was amazing! He answered any questions or concerns we might have had in a knowledgeable manner. He is a skilled craftsmen and everything from the tile, dry wall, woodwork, electrical and plumbing was done with utmost care. Jericho Home Improvements recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen - transforming it from a small, narrow galley kitchen to a kitchen big enough for our whole family to enjoy. Jericho was fantastic from start to finish!!! I had them take out my old bathtub, move my water knobs from the right wall to the left wall so I could reach them easier, install walk in shower, 2 shower heads with slider bar and a beautiful wooden seat. Nick my designer made my decisions easy. He helped me pick out the right color, faucets, knobs, shelves etc.

He knew what I needed, he didn't over explain and he even ordered the glass doors for me. Derick my project manager went above and beyond what I expected. He spoke with my installer without me being present so when Brandon came over everything was already planned out. It made my life so easy! Brandon, my installer, was polite, well dressed and very considerate of my home and my dogs.

He didn't blare his music, he told me when he was going to make a lot of noise and he cleaned up his mess every night before leaving. I felt comfortable leaving Brandon in my home while I ran short errands. I will definitely be having Jericho do more work to my home in the near future.

Our old beat up and tired 1990's kitchen was transformed into a modern kitchen by Jericho. Our installer David made the process of the project so easy. Great communicator, great professional, worked hard and was amazingly quiet. He was on time every day. The attention to detail of his installation of the backsplash tile was awesome. It is something I really enjoy looking at every day. The design layout made the kitchen much more functional and doubled our storage. Our Jericho crew made the process pretty painless all the way from the designer (Adrian), to Mike and Charlie (project managers), to our CAD expert Preston, to Casey who asked our final thoughts on our project. I said I loved it over and over and kept pointing out all the things I loved about it.

We had a 5 star experience with Jericho. Eric, the installer; Tom, the Project Manager; Heather, the designer / sales and Aaron who stripped, sanded and stained my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. New kitchen and bathroom flooring. Our 30 year old home finally got some love. We are enjoying the new sink, new faucet, Countertop and refreshed look. Love the bathroom blue flooring and grout Heather helped me pick out. Needed new toilets and got them. White painting job is great. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I would recommend Jericho and this team.

We’d been searching for a few years for a company to remodel our kitchen. Jericho was the most knowledgeable and professional team we spoke with. BJ our project manager and Lee our installer came in with their professionalism and construction knowledge and gave us the kitchen we’d been waiting for.

Jayson P. was our contractor. His work was extremely thoughtful and well executed. We didn't go with typical white porcelain, and it was very hard to work with. But, Jayson was able to do great work with our materials and helped create something beautiful and not cookie cutter! Well Done Jayson!!!!!!

We needed a much safer and up to date shower in a tiny master bathroom. We met with Zachary, and then project manager Preston, for ideas. They were friendly, honest, and so professional. Zac told us from moment one, Jericho is not the least expensive remodeling company, but that they are the best and that we wouldn’t be disappointed. We decided to move forward with the update. We met Zac to pick out our materials and then met our installer, Gary, who was excellent. He communicated, kept us up to date on the status, was prompt and professional, neat and organized, and his work was exceptional. He cleaned up daily, and as promised by he and Preston, completion occurred right on time. From start to finish, this was a seamless, smooth, and stress free process. We are more than happy with the service we received, the design, the materials used, and the precision of the install. Our shower is now beautiful, safe, and functional, exactly what we had hoped for! Thank you, Jericho!

We have had a great experience with Jericho in the last month and having a brand new beautiful gunmetal kitchen sink installed. Lance was very helpful on several occasions first coming for the measurements and of course all the way through with the product till the end and making sure that I was happy with what we had in our kitchen. 🙂 Donald the plumber that installed my new garbage disposal was very patient with the process even taught me a few things about how to maintain it. Pricing is seriously reasonable considering the amount of Labor that it took to get the sink installed. They had to cut through the granite very carefully to fit the new sink in. We were worried that the dust from the granite would smother our interior the home but that did not happen it was very minimal, easy to clean and we were able to use it right away! Why did i not do this sooner!!

Jericho just finished a total remodel of the kitchen in my 110 yr old historic home. The work was very extensive, including new plumbing, wiring, demolition of walls, insulation, refinishing old woodwork and installing new woodwork where it was needed,etc, etc. A major advantage to hiring Jericho is that they have their own tradesmen. No waiting for subcontractors to finish other jobs. Also, they cleaned the entire space every day and hauled away the refuse daily. The finished project came out just beautiful and they were very pleasant to work with.

It has been about a year now since our kitchen remodeling/upgrades have been completed. Our floor went from linoleum to tile. Formica countertops replaced with granite. New appliances installed, including a range hood with exhaust to the roof (my favorite part of the remodeling job), and a custom designed black granite table (we bake a lot). The workmanship and completion of the job down to the day agreed upon was amazing, even a return visit to correct minor details. Still very satisfied one year later.

We love the transformation Jericho provided with a remodeled kitchen and hardwood floors in several rooms. The final look of the kitchen, living room, and entryway exceeded our expectations. Our Project Manager, Mike, was good to work with; and our Installer, Dave, was awesome. Dave was professional, respectful, kept me informed, and had great attention to detail. At the end of each day, the area was completely cleaned up so we wouldn't track dust throughout the house.

One of my favorite additions to the kitchen was Dave's innovative way of turning an existing useless kitchen desk into a small bar area that nicely fits my new wine fridge underneath.All-in-all it was a pleasant experience from our initial meeting to the final walk-through. We love our new kitchen and living room space, and our gorgeous hardwood floors, and we look forward to showing it off soon.

Our Jericho team was outstanding! They were professional, talented, trusting, timely, patient, and most of all they cared just as much for our project as if it were their own dream they were building. We loved that they were "all inclusive". Chad helped us (well held our hand essentially) get us started with the design assisting us with the many decisions that had to be made. Brandon was able to take our vision and draw it up on paper. Once the project was turned over to our contractor Jim the project was nothing short of perfection. He kept everything moving along, making sure things were done right and in a timely manner.

Last, but not least the guy who took the dream from paper to reality, Gio! Talented, attentive to every detail and he did not take one shortcut.We also appreciated that once our project was done Jericho sent out a Customer Relations Specialist to make sure we were satisfied with the service they provided. Had a small bathroom renovated by this company. Our installer Greg did an amazing job! The whole room is perfect. He was kind and respectful. Cleaned up after himself every day. If he had concerns or needed to do something a little different he always let us know. Would definitely recommend Jericho and Greg to do home renovations.

Jericho recently updated our master bathroom. Were there issues, of course but what made us happy was all the issues were addressed which is the sign of a great company. Adam,the amazing young craftsmen, Jim, our project manager and everyone we had contact with were great. Special shout to the plumbing experts.

I truly couldn't recommend Jericho enough. They did a complete kitchen remodel for us and every part of the process was easier and came out better than expected. Most importantly - they were very accommodating and respectful of us having young kids and dogs. I always felt comfortable home with the kids while they were working (and felt comfortable leaving while they worked). Zac's design guidance, BJ's coordination, and David's work were all top notch. For the service we got, the price was a bargain. They have my loyalty as long as they're a company!

We were so happy that Jericho was willing to refinish our oak kitchen cabinets. The project was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Well. I had a great experience with JerichoHome Improvement. There was one man who did all the work. Gary V is his name. My three cats had been in the attic while the walls had been demolished and the next day he would not finish installing the new bathroom walls until l had rounded up all the cats. What a piece of mind and thank you Gary. He was here on time each morning. He cleaned up each day so when the new shower was installed and finished. Everything stored in the garage was gone . We had Jericho remodel our master bathroom. Our shower and bath tub are separate. They took everything out of the bathroom except the tub. Everything was replaced a d installed very professionally. We are very pleased with the results. Our installer arrived each day when he was supposed to and immediately began working. He worked very hard and made sure that everything was correct. He made sure that we had access to each fixture when it was complete. We were expecting company and he made sure that 6 adults didn't have to share 1 bathroom. I would recommend Jericho to anyone. We had Jericho Home Imprivement do a kitchen refresh for our older kitchen. We had beautiful quartzite countertop, apron front sink, marble backsplash and luxury vinal floor put in. While we knew what we wanted to update the two Zacks assisted us in our decisions regarding material. Our installer Donald McCune was incredible. He was professional, charming and efficient. We are very happy with his work and our bright updated kitchen is great.

In April 2022, Jericho completely remodeled the master bath in our 40+ year old home. Now, three years later I wanted to report that I am grateful daily for the enduring quality of that project which included the shower, sink and vanity, toilet, walls and fixtures, plumbing and painting. It was a turn key job, completed in the time frame promised and for the price quoted. Each person from Jericho who was involved was respectful of our home, courteous, skilled and professional. Jericho did an amazing job remodeling our master bath shower; everyone was very professional. The process started with Zac going through the design, material, colors and cost. Next, Preston took us through the start to finish on the project. He spent time discussing all of the key points of the project, timeline, and his team.

I am not sure if you have met Gary, but to us, he is Gary the Great! Gary took all the design ideas, material, and crafted them into an amazing finished product. We were interested in remodeling our Master Bathroom which included replacing our shower entirely as well as replacing our tile flooring with an upgraded surface material and refreshing color change. We chose Jericho Home Improvements for our remodeling project and we were extremely pleased with the Jericho personnel involved from beginning to end. He was extremely hard working…After morning greetings upon his arrival on the job and until daily work segments were completed, he stayed on task going about his business without interruption. Jaysen communicated daily explaining the work he was going to do…gave a summary of the daily work he completed…and revealed his intended tasks for the following day. He proved to us that he was not simply a laborer, but a skilled craftsman with a keen attention to detail. Jaysen made it clear in his words and actions that he was a perfectionist interested in doing quality work with an end goal of customer satisfaction. The quality of the work done overall exceeded our expectations. Jericho provides great professionals to work with throughout the entire project. We were really happy with the entire process of our master bathroom remodel. Our installer, Sean Ireland, was extremely professional. Sean's attention to detail in his craft was very impressive and appreciated in our project. He did not hesitate to verify design and function aspects of the install throughout the process.
