“Where Did You Find Out About Jericho Home Improvements?”
Val: We got a (Jericho) flyer in the mail, and they had a discount on it. We knew we were looking to do something with our bathroom. I asked several other people if they knew anything about Jericho, and everybody gave Jericho rave reviews. After talking to three or four people and hearing their thoughts with regard to Jericho, we had the design consultant come out and talk to us. And we liked what he said.
“Why Did You Choose Jericho For Your Kansas City Bathroom Remodel?”
Val: We liked the design. We liked the core process and timeframe (our Design Consultant) explained in terms of building out our bathroom. And we just felt very comfortable with him and what he was saying. We decided to do it that night.
“How Happy Are You With Your Jericho Bathroom Remodel?”
Val: My wife loves it. The shower is what she wanted. We have tile on the floor, and she loves the fact that it’s heated, especially, you know, when it’s cold outside. And it just makes the bathroom very nice. My wife has had no complaints with (the bathroom)!

“How Did You Hear About Jericho Home Improvements?”
Wanda: We saw (Jericho’s) advertisements on TV, and my husband said, “Well, why don’t you give them a call?” So we called!
“What Was Your Design Consultation Like With Jericho?”
Wanda: When the designing consultant came over, they showed us a lot of the different types of bathrooms… (as well as) a lot of things we could have done like the colors, granite, cabinets and fixtures. We got a chance to go over and pick out the type of granite we wanted to put in our bathroom, the colors… (and) I picked out cabinets to match. And then we got a chance to choose the type of flooring that we wanted in there (linoleum). It turned out beautiful.
“Did Jericho Stick To The Original Timeline And Price For Your Bathroom Remodel?”
Wanda: When they came out, they told us the time that it would take to finish the job. They quoted us a price. And when they finished the job, it was finished in the same amount of time that they quoted us. And the price was the same in the end. It didn’t go over.
“What Do You Think Of Your New Bathroom?”
Wanda: The new bathroom is really nice. I really enjoy it. I love my shower and the colors in the bathroom. I love my granite tops and they really look good with the dark cabinets that I picked out. (Our bathroom) just looks a little richer and really nice.
