The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met.
Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool.
