Mike and Jeanette Rzeszut are no strangers to remodeling.
By the time they decided to update a bathroom in their Kansas City home (Lenexa), they’d already completed two successful projects with us.

What they had just wasn’t working anymore.
For years, the couple lived with a cramped, outdated bathroom. The tub-shower combo was too small to be practical, the counters were limited and awkward, and the whole room just felt tired. They wanted more function, more space, and a modern look that matched the rest of their carefully updated home.
“It wasn’t terrible,” Mike explained. “But it wasn’t what we wanted anymore. We were ready for something fresh.”

Our design team knew that a transformation this size wasn’t just about swapping out finishes—it required a full rethinking of the layout. The new plan centered around a much larger walk-in shower, expanded counter space with dual sinks, and fresh finishes throughout.
“We wanted it to feel open and bright,” Jeanette said.
“And the designer really listened to that.”
Together with our team, they selected durable, high-end materials, from sleek, oversized tiles to stylish brushed nickel fixtures. Every detail—from cabinet hardware to spa lighting—was chosen to reflect the couple’s taste and elevate the space.
